Ohmygod Naruto is killing me! This is the absolute hardest trouble in fandom I'm having right now. WHY DOES EVERYONE I LOVE DIE?! I'm not in Games of Thrones, here! I have cried tears over these characters. TEARS. Kishimoto, right in the feels. Every. Freaking. Time.

Supernaturallllllll. I've developed an unhealthy obsession with Cas, despite not having watched too much. I blame Pinterest. And it's tumblr-related pins. And Misha Collins, for being awesome. Also the fact that if someone dies, you're more than likely going to see them again NEXT SEASON. WHY NOT THINK ON THIS KISHIMOTO, HUH?

I need a tumblr. It is like an inspiration goldmine of wtfery and laughter.

My 3DS is 3D-nothing. So, that 3DS I got a while back? I just recently found it, behind some books and a scarf (I've been rearranging and Pokèmon. 'nuff said.), and it. won't. hold. a. charge. At all. :|||| Mom insists on buying me a new one tomorrow, even though I don't want her (or dad, or anyone) spending that much money on me. Even for shiny-geeky-goodness.

I've been organizing & rearranging. I now have one entire bookcase nearly filled with manga. Sadly, only a few series are completed but I am working on this. It is one of my Bibliophile Missions. Next series to complete is Yu Yu Hakusho, because it's Yu Yu Hakusho, and I'm currently waiting on Sailor Moon to ship. Also, the VizBig editions of...everything...IS AMAZING. ♥ Actually, all omnibus collections are win! That's how I'm doing InuYasha, Bleach, FMA, One Piece and Naruto. CCS & Gunsmith Cats are already done.

Sometime in the past few months I've developed a fascination with SyFy and Chiller horror movies. I don't know when this started, but I can't stop! Even the worst, no where near close to B movie, campy wtfery has my attention. My attention and the DVR's storage space. Same for the creature and disaster flicks, but that was already a given. This general horror stuff is new. At least one has made me rethink going to sleep in the dark. xD;;

Book abusers make my brain twitch in anger and angst. A little while ago I ordered some used books from Amazon. At least two sellers lied about the condition of said books. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. One made semi-amends I have yet to address, but... I don't mind wear or minor bends, but when the spine is completely fucked up, cover torn and pages crumpled, well, I see red. And steel. Sharp, stabbity things, really.

I think that's it, really. For now. For now.

♥ Tiger

comments

Recently I've been making up new playlists with my music and naming said playlists after Pokèmon. So far, I have two; Jigglypuff (instrumental, calming) and Blissey (inspiring, happy, energetic). I'm planning another one full of rock that will probably be named "Geodude" and another that strays away from the Pokècentric and into DCU, named "Gotham". That one's gonna be songs that remind me of the series, characters, nature, etc.

I guess what I'm making this entry for is to showcase my geekiness and ask for song recommendations. :D Please?

♥ Tiger

... I am bad at building up to things. >_>;; But I'm also kinda tired and hungry, so there's that.
So... My first entry here. Not much to say at the moment, but I felt like I should say something, so here we are.

To start off; I'm a semi-transplant from LJ, going underneath the screen name of "TigerZahn" there. I say "semi-transplant" because despite all of their bad, horrible decisions and treatment lately, I'm still there. I just have too much invested on LJ to give it up completely. Friends, history, and a perm. account. It's a lot to give up, and LJ's bad decisions aren't worth loosing my friends and memories.

I've heard about DW here and there over the years, and Zii mentioned it a few times to me. It seemed like a good idea to make an account here justincaseandall. Worst case scenario, I post a bit infrequently. Not a bad thing.

Since I'll probably be infrequent on here (logging on once a week or two, lest something changes) I haven't bought any account extras. I'd prefer to be more invested before I take that step. Even if I have an utterly horrible weakness for icons. >>;;

About me; I'm a twenty-three year old geek. I finished classes a couple months back for Medical Office Specialist, but due to some family health problems I haven't really looked for a job in that field yet. I'm a family oriented individual, still living at home to help take care of my autistic brothers and such. As far as geek tendencies go, I'm a varied person. I game, though not hardcore. Write ficlets and drabbles more than series upon series. Sketch on occasion, but don't post them anywhere and own more books than anything else.

And...I guess that's enough for an intro. If anyone somehow comes across here and wants to know more, hit me up and I'll respond.

comments
